Mikolajki - the Pearl of Masuria
This little town , located just next to the entry to the Sniardwy Lake is home to the famous Sailor's Village, with its taverns frequented by boaters from all over Masuria. In summer, Mikolajki becomes a tourist hub with droves of holiday makers. Its marina is the busiest in Masuria.

Gizycko - the summer capital of Poland
Gizyko occupies the narrow strip of land between Mamry and Niegocin Lakes. A popular holiday and water sports hub, Gizycko is a great place to start your trip to the Great Lakes District. It offers the best entertainment - all-night-long-discos, music performances, pubs - in Mazury.

This pretty little village lies on a peninsula surrounded by three picturesque lakes and is covered with dense forests. It has a big waterfront and popular sailing village. The historical highlight is a 17th century Baroque mansion set amidst ancient oaks, lime-trees and hornbeams. The harbour rivals the one in Mikolajki. The Zenza Taverna, situated in an old farm building is a must see, especially if you are a sailing enthusiast. The atmosphere is one of celebration and fun, fuelled by beer and local herbal vodka.
